Becoming a first rate me.
I've always been overweight but never had enough perseverance to do anything about it. At one point I had had enough and lost 10 pounds and never looked back on those 10. But that still isn't enough. I just recently found out diabetes runs on both sides of my lineage. And my first bout of varicose veins made its appearance. I can't do this anymore. So here I go kicking myself to do what needs to be done. I'm going to get there and the healthy way, because I need to be a first rate me.
